Qatari negotiators return to Iran to finalize US-Iran agreement as two sides dispute timings

A Qatari delegation has arrived in Tehran to advance negotiations between Iran and the US after last week’s talks.

The mediation team is headed by an adviser to Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Iran’s ISNA news agency reported.

The Tasnim News Agency said the purpose of the visit is to “go over the latest developments regarding the diplomatic process”.
