Fuel Talks With Russia Suppliers Today

COLOMBO(News 1st); The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation says it will hold an online discussion with suppliers this afternoon on purchasing fuel from Russia.
Its Managing Director, Mayura Netthikumarage, said that several Russian suppliers have already arrived.
He also said that a ship carrying 35,000 metric tons of petrol will arrive in the country this afternoon or tomorrow.
He added that the shipment will include 30,000 metric tons of octane 92 petrol and 5,000 metric tons of octane 95 petrol.
