Ex-Navy Chief Nishantha Ulugetenne Released on Bail

COLOMBO (News 1st); Former Navy Commander Nishantha Ulugetenne, who had been held in remand custody in connection with a 2010 abduction and murder case, was released on bail today following his appearance before the Kurunegala High Court.
Ulugetenne was arrested over his alleged involvement in the abduction and subsequent killing of a man in the Pothuhera area in 2010.
