29-Year-Old Injured in Shooting in Katunayake

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A 29-year-old man sustained injuries in a shooting incident that occurred this morning in Heenatiyana, ​​Katunayake. 

Police reports indicate that the victim was shot while at his residence and was admitted to Gampaha Hospital for treatment. 

Preliminary investigations suggest that two individuals arrived on a motorcycle, opened fire and fled the scene.
