Uni Student Dies in Fall at Kelaniya University

COLOMBO (News 1st) – A young man had fallen from a building in a student hostel at the University of Kelaniya, and died.

According to the police, the deceased has been identified as a 24-year-old resident of Ridimaliyadda, Kandegama. 

He was a fourth-year student at the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Kelaniya.

The incident reportedly took place early this morning. 

The police are conducting further investigations into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
