Foreign Secretary Heads To UK for the Commonwealth Meeting

COLOMBO (News 1st); Foreign Secretary Aruni Wijewardane will undertake an official visit to the United Kingdom from 02-06 September 2024 to attend the Commonwealth Senior Officials meeting scheduled to be held at the Commonwealth Headquarters, Marlborough House in London prior to the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Samoa in October 2024.

Foreign Secretary will be accompanied by senior officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. 

During her visit, the Foreign Secretary will also meet the senior officials of the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office.
