PUCSL Receives Over 500 Public Feedback on Electricity Tariff Revision, Final Report Due January 17

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Public Utilities Commission of Sri Lanka (PUCSL) says that over 500 public feedback have been received regarding the revision of electricity tariffs.

The Chairman of PUCSL, Professor K.P.L. Chandralal, said that the public feedback-gathering process was carried out with representation from every province.

Over 70 individuals were registered to participate in the process.

The public feedback collection concluded on January 10th.

The PUCSL says that the final report related to the electricity tariff revision is expected to be released on Friday, January 17, with necessary preparations already underway.
