Sri Lanka sees increase in abuse of teenage pregnancies says DIG Jayasundara

Colombo (News 1st) - Deputy Inspector General of the Child and Women Abuse, Investigation and Prevention Division Renuka Jayasundara reports an increase in both women abuse and teenage pregnancies.

She highlights an alarming rise in internet-based crimes targeting women and children.

Emphasizing the importance of responsible behavior by parents and elders, DIG Jayasundara highlighted about make confidential and prompt complaints regarding threats to release private information, including nude photos online.
