Sri Lanka Seeks 103 Overseas Fugitives: Interpol Red Notices Issued

COLOMBO (News 1st); Police say that Red Notices have been issued through Interpol to bring back 103 criminals currently residing overseas.

Police Spokesman, Assistant Superintendent of Police F. U. Wootler, stated that three of those wanted individuals have already been brought back to the country this year.

He further noted that during the same period, property worth Rs. 50 million belonging to criminals who committed offences and fled abroad has been confiscated.
