Expressway Revenue Jumps 25% in a Single Day

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Ministry of Transport, Highways and Urban Development said revenue from expressways has surged by 25 percent within just one day.
A total of Rs. 61 million was collected, by 170,000 vehicles using the expressways on the particular day.
On an average day, expressway revenue stands at Rs. 45 million, with around 145,000 vehicles traveling along the expressways.
