CSE's ASPI Breaks 17,000-Point Barrier with Rs. 9.7 Bn Turnover

COLOMBO (News 1st); In a historic milestone, the All Share Price Index (ASPI) of the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) surpassed the 17,000-point mark for the first time today during trading. 

The ASPI reached this significant level in the afternoon, closing at 17,025.99 points.

This reflects a strong performance in the market, with a transaction turnover of Rs. 9.7 billion reported by the end of trading today.
