Three Police Officers Injured in Stabbing During Protest opposite Ministry of Education

Three police officers were injured in a stabbing incident during a protest opposite the Ministry of Education.

Police Spokesperson DIG Nihal Thaldwa said that the officers, who sustained injuries, have been hospitalized.

Three protesters were also arrested in connection to the incident.

The suspect responsible for the attack have not been identified yet.

Further investigations are currently underway.

Earlier today, a group of school development officers from across the country, participated in a protest opposite the Ministry of Education.

The protesters, claiming they have experience in the education sector, demanded the integration of school development officers into the teaching profession.

Vehicular movement along the road in front of the Ministry of education was also disrupted due to the protest.
