Rs. 35M Properties Linked to ‘Loku Patty’ Frozen

COLOMBO (News1st); Assets valued at around Rs. 35 million belonging to alleged organized criminal and drug trafficker "Loku Patty," have been frozen.
This action was taken by the Illegal Assets Investigation Division in connection with an investigation conducted against the suspect under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act.
Police stated that accordingly, a 15-perch land and a two-story house located in Welipenna have been frozen.
Further investigations are being conducted by the Illegal Assets Investigation Division.
