NEC to take action against those who use the National Flag as Propaganda during Presidential Campaigns

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The National Election commission says that strict action will be taken against those who use the national flag as properganda during presidential campaigns.
The commission said that a circular has been issued in this regard.
The National Election commission added that the use of religious symbols for the purpose of campaigning for the election is prohibited.
