MP Ali Sabri Raheem Granted Bail

COLOMBO (News 1st) Ali Sabri Raheem, who was arrested on Saturday (20), was released on a bail of Rs. 200,000, after being produced before the Puttalam Magistrate's Court.
He was ordered to appear before the Magistrates Court in Kalpitiya on July 22.
Police Spokesperson DIG Nihal Thalduwa said that MP Ali Sabri Raheem was arrested earlier on Saturday (20) after he surrendered himself to the Kalpitiya Police Station.
An open warrant for his arrest was previously issued by the Court.
