Price of Indian eggs increased at Sathosa outlets

COLOMBO (News 1st); The price of Indian eggs sold through Sathosa outlets has been increased from Sunday (21).
Minister of Trade, Commerce and Food Security Nalin Fernando said the revised price of an Indian egg is Rs.43.
The Minister attributed the price revision to the VAT increase.
The old price of an Indian egg was Rs.35.
