CIABOC Records Statement From P.B. Jayasundera Over Airbus Deal

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) has recorded a statement from a former Presidential Secretary and former Secretary to the Ministry of Finance Dr. P.B. Jayasundera, in connection with the Airbus deal.

CIABOC said the statement was recorded at his residence and lasted for more than four hours.

Meanwhile, Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa has also been named as a suspect in connection with the Airbus deal under money laundering charges.
