COLOMBO (News1st) - Sri Lanka Muslim Congress (SLMC) member Habeeb Lebbe Rifan was sworn in as a Member of Parliament.
Rifan his oath before the Speaker of Parliament Dr. Jagath Wickramarathne.
He was sworn in to fill the vacant parliamentary seat following the resignation of Sri Lanka Muslim Congress MP Muhammad Sarif Abdul Wahid.
