Sirasa Ruhunu Maya Poson Pooja And Poson Zones Open To Devotees Today

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Sirasa - Ruhunu Maya Poson Pooja and the Poson Zones remain open to devotees today.

The Sirasa Ramba Damsaviya Poson Zone, centered at the historic Ambalantota Ramba Rajamaha Viharaya, the Sirasa Angeerasa Poson Zone, centered at the Mattala International Sri Angeerasa Buddhist Center, and the Sirasa Minipura Poson Zone, centered around the Ratnapura Saddharmalankaraya Vidyayathana Pirivena and the city, held a series of religious programs since yesterday morning, prioritizing both Amisa and Prathipaththi poojas.

A key highlight that captured the attention of all who visited the Sirasa Minipura Poson Zone last night was the beautifully crafted Pandol displayed at the vesak zone. 

This Pandol illustrates the "Sumana Malakara" in the Jathaka tale.
