11 Arrested After Brawl at Wedding in Hatton

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Eleven individuals have been arrested following a clash between two groups at a ceremony in Kotagala, Hatton.

Police said the suspects are scheduled to be produced before the Hatton Magistrate’s Court today.

The incident occurred yesterday evening during a wedding ceremony, when a dispute broke out between two intoxicated groups at the event.

Police stated that investigations are ongoing to arrest three more suspects linked to the incident.
