12-Hour Water Cut in Mahara and Gampaha - NWSDB

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The National Water Supply and Drainage Board (NWSDB) has announced a 12-hour water cut for several areas in Mahara and Gampaha.

The supply of water will be suspended from 7.00 p.m. today (11) until 7.00 a.m. tomorrow (12) due to construction work and essential maintenance related to the relocation of water pipelines linked to the Central Expressway.

Accordingly the supply of water will be suspended in Eldeniya, Gonahena, Webada, Sooriyapaluwa and Udupila areas in the Mahara Pradeshiya Sabha as well as Parakandeniya, Kossinna, Abaraluwa and Imbulgoda, in the Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha.
