Two Arrested Over Gold Jewellery Theft in Negombo

COLOMBO (News 1st): Two suspects were arrested in connection with a gold jewellery theft in Negombo. 

The suspects, aged 42 and 43, are residents of Wellampitiya and Kolonnawa.

Investigations have also linked the duo to a similar gold jewellery theft reported in Puttalam.

Based on information revealed during questioning, police recovered 12 stolen gold rings.
