Scholarships Program Launched for Top A/L Students to Study at World-Renowned Foreign Universities

COLOMBO (News1st):The Ministry of Education has announced a new initiative to provide scholarships for students who pass the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examinations with high Z-scores, allowing them to pursue degrees of their choice at prestigious international universities.

Deputy Minister Dr. Madhura Seneviratne stated A total of 200 scholarships will be awarded for foreign university placements under this scheme.

32 students have already been selected, under first stage of the program.
