Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya in China on Official Visit

COLOMBO (News 1st) – Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya has arrived at the Beijing International Airport.
She was received by a delegation that included the Minister of the National Radio and Television Administration of China.
During the visit, the Prime Minister is scheduled to participate in the Global Leaders’ Summit on Women in Beijing, held under the theme “One Shared Future: New & Accelerated Process for Women's All-round Development.”
Dr. Amarasuriya is also expected to hold bilateral discussions with several senior Chinese officials, including President Xi Jinping.
