Massive Drug Haul Reported In 2025 Raids

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Sri Lanka Police have carried out 61,265 ICE raids so far this year, seizing 1,852 kg of the drug.
In 52,693 heroin raids, the Police managed to seize 1,248 kg of the drug.
They have also seized 14,221 kg of cannabis, 506 kg of hashish, and 29 kg of cocaine so far this year.
Additionally, 3,579,339 drug tablets and pills have been confiscated to date.
