Ten Hand Grenades Discovered In Mutuwal

COLOMBO (News 1st); A cache of ten hand grenades was discovered inside a bag near a local government construction site on Aluthwatta Road in Mutuwal, according to police sources.

The explosives were found by officers from the Police Terrorism Investigation Division (TID). 

Police stated that the grenades have been handed over to the Mutuwal Police Station for further forensic analysis and security assessment.
