27 University Students Arrested for Violating Court Orders

COLOMBO (News 1st) - 27 university students, including the convener of the Inter-University Students' Federation, Madushan Chandrajith, were arrested.
The arrests took place at the site of the satyagraha organized by the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences students opposite the Ministry of Health.
According to the police, the students were detained for staging the protest in violation of court orders.
