Sub Committee Appointed To Investigate Issues In Local Government Institutions

COLOMBO (News 1st); A sub-committee has been appointed under the advisory board of the Ministry of Provincial Councils and Local Government, to investigate issues related to transfers and recruitment in local government institutions.

Deputy Minister Ruwan Senarath is set to head the committee.

The Deputy Minister said that a number of such issues have already been identified in provincial councils and other local government institutions.
