Parliament to Convene from Today (21) to Friday (24) for Key Debates and Condolence Motions

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Parliament will convene today at 9:30 AM under the leadership of the Speaker, Dr. Jagath Wickramaratne.
The Parliament is scheduled to convene from today until this Friday.
The Parliament Secretary General Kushani Rohandheera says that the adjournment debate concerning the “Clean Sri Lanka” program will take place today and tomorrow.
On Thursday, discussions will be held regarding regulations under the Import and Export Control Act, amendments to the Customs Ordinance, and the Ports and Airports Development Levy Act.
Friday will be entirely dedicated to the tabling of condolence motions for deceased former Members of Parliament.
