COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Kaduwela Interchange has been closed due to flooding.
Meanwhile, the police said that the Welipanna entrance of the Southern Expressway has been reopened.
However, the flow of traffic along many roads across various parts of the island has been disrupted due to floods.
