COLOMBO (News 1st): A productive discussion between the Prime Minister Dr. Harini Amarasuriya and the representatives of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) was held at the Prime Minister’s Office yesterday.
The meeting focused on further maintaining the cooperation between Sri Lanka and the International Monetary Fund.
Secretary to the Prime Minister Pradeep Saputhanthri, Director of Asia Pacific Region Dr. Krishna Srinivasan and Senior Head of the delegation Dr. Peter Breyer, Deputy Director of the Economic Research Department of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka Janaka Edirisinghe, South East Asia and Central Economic Affairs (Bilateral) Senior Director General Darshana M Perera participated in this discussion.
