COLOMBO (News 1st); Colombo Chief Magistrate Thilina Gamage issued an order naming former State Minister Diana Gamage as a suspect in a case related to obtaining a passport through submission of false information to the Controller General of Immigration and Emigration.
During the court proceedings, the Criminal Investigations Department informed that Former State Minister Diana Gamage was reported missing from her residence.
The CID also told the court that based on their investigation, Diana Gamage can be named as a suspect in the case filed in court.
In light of these findings, the Chief Magistrate ordered to name Diana Gamage as a suspect, and directed the Criminal Investigation Department to proceed with further actions related to the suspect.
