Strike launched by university non-academic staff ongoing

COLOMBO (News 1st); The strike launched by university non-academic staff across the island will continue on Thursday (13).

The strike was launched on Wednesday (12) afternoon over salary anomalies.

Co-Chairman of the Joint Committee of University Trade Unions Dhammika S. Priyantha said protests have also been organized opposite all universities on Thursday (13).
