Woman dies from Accident in Thirappane

COLOMBO (News 1st) - It was reported that a woman had died in an accident in Yanamkulam, Thirappane.

The accident had taken place when a car collided with a motorbike. The victim that died in the tragic circumstances was a 52-year-old who was a pillion rider on the motorbike. 

Sri Lanka Police have taken the driver of the other vehicle into custody
