(VIDEO) Speaker removes Nalin & Wasantha from chamber

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka's Parliament Speaker on Wednesday (23) removed MPs Nalin Bandara and Wasantha Yapa Bandara from the chamber for continuously causing disturbances to the proceedings of the Parliament.

Parliament sessions were also adjourned for around 10 minutes due to the heated exchanges that took place.

A heated exchange broke out in the Sri Lankan parliament on Wednesday (23) based on a question posed by MP Nalin Bandara to the Prime Minister.
