Sri Lanka's economic downfall was caused by the lack of discipline - Harin

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Minister of Tourism and Lands and Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs Harin Fernando highlighted that the primary reason for Sri Lanka's economic downfall is the lack of discipline. 

He said, "This is a difficult time for most of us. They are complaining about the VAT increase and othe shortcomings."

He also stressed that  Sri Lanka doesn't need a system change but a change in peoples ideologies.

Minister Harin said, "the biggest reason for such a downfall was the lack of discipline. As a country the Sri Lankan system is remarkable. But the people are asking for a system change. We dont need a system change but a change in peoples ideologies. The people should disciple themselves."
