Sathosa reduces prices of several essential items

COLOMBO (News 1st); Lanka Sathosa Limited announced that the prices of twelve essential goods will be reduced with effect from Saturday (16), and consumers can purchase these items from Sathosa outlets located island-wide.

White Sugar (1kg) has been reduced by Rs. 60/- to Rs. 275/-.

Imported Canned Fish (425g) has been reduced by Rs. 55/- to Rs. 595/-.

Watana Dhal (1kg) has been reduced by Rs. 40/- to Rs. 225/-.

Local Potatoes (1kg) has been reduced by Rs. 15/- to Rs. 300/-.

Mettupalayam Potato (1kg) has been reduced by Rs. 15/- to Rs. 300/-.

Local Canned Fish (425g) has been reduced by Rs. 15/- to Rs. 530/-.

Bread Flour (1kg) has been reduced by Rs. 12/- to Rs. 195/-.

Imported Canned Fish (155g) has been reduced by Rs. 10/- to Rs. 280/-.

Lanka Sathosa Milk Powder (400g) has been reduced by Rs. 8/- to Rs. 940/-.

Gram (1kg) has been reduced by Rs. 5/- to Rs. 535/-.

White Nadu (1kg) has been reduced by Rs. 5/- to Rs. 207/-.

Red Nadu (1kg) has been reduced by Rs. 2/- to Rs. 218/-.
