Court rejects Diana's request against Sajith, Ranjith

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Colombo District Court rejected an application that was filed by State Minister Dinana Gamage requesting for an order to be issued preventing Sajith Premadasa, and Ranjith Madduma Bandara from serving in their posts as Leader, and General Secretary, respectively, of the Samagi Jana Balavegaya.

President's Counsel Farman Cassim appearing for the Samagi Jana Balavegaya said that the court rejected the request as both Sajith Premadasa, and Ranjith Madduma Bandara are members of the SJB, and that Diana Gamage concealed the fact that she had stepped down from her SJB post.
