Colombo (News 1st): In a meeting with Sri Lanka’s Minister of Power and Energy Kanchana Wijesekera on Tuesday (7) US International Development Finance Cooperation CEO Scott Nathan discussed the United States’ continued support to energy efficiency and reforms undertaken by the Ministry of Power and Energy.

This includes the new DFC financing to support green lending in solar rooftops, charging stations, and electric three-wheelers, said US Ambassador Julie Chung, on a post on X, formerly knows as Twitter.

Scott Nathan had expressed DFC’s support for advancing investment in clean energy in Sri Lanka.
