Four Tier Social Stucture To Combat Drug Abuse Among Youth

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Minister of Public Security Ananda Wijepala says a four-tier social structure has been established to help create a drug-free younger generation.

He said the National Council for Drug Prevention, District Councils, Regional Operations Committees and Public Security Committees have networked and organised as part of efforts to prevent drug abuse.

The Minister made these remarks while attending an event held in Mawathagama.
