Police Public Grievance Days Postponed Due to New Year

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Police have announced that the Grievance Day programs which were scheduled for today and tomorrow (16th and 17th of April) have been cancelled.

This decision has been taken in consideration of the Sinhala and Tamil New Year festive season.

According to the statement, the Inspector General’s (IGP) Relief Day for police officers' appeals, which was set for today, and the IGP’s Public Relief Day, scheduled for tomorrow, will both not take place as scheduled.
