No Fuel Shortage During the Festive Season - CPC

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Ceylon Petroleum Corporation says it is stockpiling fuel ahead of the festive season.
CPC Managing Director, Dr. Mayura Neththikumarage, said that sufficient stocks are being secured to ensure uninterrupted fuel supply.
He added that a ship carrying 30,000 metric tons of 92 octane petrol and 5,200 metric tons of 95 octane petrol has arrived at Colombo Port, while a 35,000 metric ton diesel shipment is currently being unloaded.
