ID Services Suspended Until Further Notice

COLOMBO(News 1st); It has been decided to suspend all public services of the Department of Registration of Persons, including the one-day service, from today until further notice.

This is due to a sudden breakdown in the department’s computer system yesterday afternoon.

The Department of Registration of Persons says that services will remain unavailable until the system is restored.
