SLBFE Allocates Emergency Funds To Embassies To Assist Sri Lankans In Middle East Amid Conflict

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) states that financial provisions have been allocated to embassies to provide emergency facilities to Sri Lankans residing in Middle Eastern countries due to the ongoing conflicts in the region.

Speaking in a discussion with News 1st, the Chairman of the Bureau, Koshala Wickramasinghe, mentioned that the departure of Sri Lankans for employment in the Middle East is continuing uninterrupted.
