Indian Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi To Arrive in Sri Lanka Today

COLOMBO (News1st): Indian Army Chief of Staff General Upendra Dwivedi is scheduled to arrive in the country today for an official visit.

Indian media reports that the visit is taking place with the primary objective of further strengthening defense cooperation with allied nations.

During the visit, General Upendra Dwivedi is scheduled to hold discussions with senior military leaders, including the Army Commander, the Secretary of Defense, and the Deputy Minister of Defense.

The discussions are expected to focus on training cooperation and regional security.
