Special Transport Services For Festive Season Begin Today

COLOMBO (News 1st): Special transport services for the festive season have been deployed to ensure smooth travel for people returning to their hometowns, starting today.

Sankha Weerasuriya, Chief Operations Officer of the Sri Lanka Transport Board, confirmed that an additional 80 buses have been deployed to for long-distance travel.

The National Transport Commission says that arrangements have been made for bus services based on passenger demand to ensure smooth travel during the holiday period.
