‘Bus Lalith’ Falls: Sri Lankan Criminal Nabbed in Dubai

COLOMBO (News 1st); Lalith Kannangara, also known as “Bus Lalith”, a suspected member of a notorious criminal syndicate, has been arrested in Dubai following a coordinated special operation.

The arrest was the result of a joint effort involving the State Intelligence Service, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID), and the Central Crime Investigation Bureau, who worked in unison to track down and apprehend the fugitive overseas.

Kannangara is wanted in connection with multiple serious crimes, including killings, kidnappings, and other organized criminal activities.
