District-level Industrial Development Program To Begin Next Week

COLOMBO (News 1st) - Ministry of Industry and Entrepreneurship Development has taken steps to improve the industrial and service sectors at the district level.

One member of parliament from each district has been nominated to oversee the program.

This decision was made during a special discussion held in Parliament.

Accordingly, the project is scheduled to be implemented next week.

The Ministry says that more attention will be given to industry-related issues such as land, raw materials, transportation, bank loans, and energy.
