Opal Suchata Chuang of Thailand Crowned Miss World 2025

COLOMBO(News 1st) - The 72nd Miss World pageant came to a dazzling close on Saturday night at the HITEX Exhibition Centre in Hyderabad.

Opal Suchata Chuangsri of Thailand was crowned Miss World 2025, earning the coveted title with her poise, confidence, and dedication to promoting women’s health awareness. The 22-year-old from Phuket triumphed over more than 100 contestants from around the globe.

Hasset Dereje Admassu of Ethiopia was named the first runner-up and the top contestant from Africa.

Representing Europe, Poland’s Maja Klajda secured the second runner-up position.

Aurélie Joachim, who represented Martinique, was the leading finalist from her region and rounded out the winners as the third runner-up.
