No Power Outages for Tomorrow - CEB

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) has announced that there will be no power cuts tomorrow (12). 

This decision was made following a review of the electricity demand for the day, according to CEB spokesperson Dhammika Wimalaratne.

However, as planned, power cuts will be implemented today from 3:30 PM to 10:00 PM. 

Each area will experience a power cut lasting 1 hour and 30 minutes. 

The schedule is as follows:

- Zones A, B, C, and D: Power cuts from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM.

- Zones E, F, G, H, U, and V: Power cuts from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

- Zones I, J, K, L, P, and Q: Power cuts from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM.

- Zones R, S, T, and W: Power cuts from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
